How it works

Add Landslide Printing to your AI assistant
In Claude.ai or ChatGPT, go to Settings → Connectors and add the URL above as a custom connector. You'll sign in once with your email (we'll send you a 6-digit code) and grant permission for the AI to place orders on your behalf.

Describe what you want
Tell the AI in plain English: how many shirts/hoodies/hats, what sizes, what colors, and roughly what the design should look like. You don't need a finished artwork file yet — that comes after.

Confirm the submission
The AI shows you the order it's about to submit — garment styles, sizes, colors, decoration type, your contact info. You say yes (or change things), and the AI calls Landslide Printing's ordering system to submit it. A confirmation appears in your chat with an order reference and a one-time link to upload your actual artwork file.

Upload your artwork (when you're ready)
The link from step 3 goes to a simple drag-and-drop page on https://landslideprinting.com. Send us a PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI, or EPS file — up to 25MB. It lands directly on your order, where our team can see it and start working with it.

Get a real quote from a real person
Within 1–2 business days, a real person at Landslide Printing reviews everything, prepares a proof for your design, and emails you a full quote with pricing and timeline. You approve the quote (or ask for changes), pay, and we get to work. No surprises.
Why we built this
Most custom apparel shops still take orders by phone, email, or web form. That works, but it doesn't fit how people increasingly want to work — describing what they need to Claude or ChatGPT and getting things done in a single conversation. Landslide Printing added AI ordering because it removes friction without removing the human part of the job. The AI handles the back-and-forth of capturing what you want; we handle the part that AIs can't do — running the press, mixing the ink, checking the print, packing the boxes.
The AI never takes payment or commits you to anything. Every order goes through the same review-and-quote process as a regular web order. The only difference is how you started the conversation.

How do I order custom apparel from Landslide Printing using Claude or ChatGPT?
Add https://landslideprinting.com/api/mcp as a custom connector in Claude.ai (Settings → Connectors) or in ChatGPT's connector settings. Sign in with your email when prompted, then start a conversation describing what you want — quantity, garment style, color, design. The AI will submit the order to Landslide Printing's dashboard and you'll receive a quote by email within 1-2 business days.
Is this a real order or just a price quote?
It's a real order request that lands on Landslide Printing's dashboard, with a flag indicating it came from an AI agent. A real person reviews it, confirms artwork and pricing, and emails you a quote with proof. You only commit when you approve the quote — there's no obligation to proceed.
What information does the AI need from me?
Your email address, what you want printed (description is fine; you don't need a finished design), quantities and sizes, garment style or category, and any deadlines. After ordering you'll receive a one-time link to upload your actual logo or artwork file. The AI doesn't need your payment information — that's collected only after you approve the quote.
Can the AI design my logo or artwork?
No. Landslide Printing works with your existing artwork. The AI captures your description so Landslide Printing's team understands what you want, then sends you a secure upload link to drop in your actual logo file. Landslide Printing prepares a proof for your approval before printing — same workflow as a normal web order, just initiated through your AI assistant.
What's the turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is 10-14 business days. Rush orders available.. Rush options are available for time-sensitive projects — see the rush orders page.
What's the minimum order?
12 pieces minimum for screen printing and embroidery.. No upper limit; bulk orders welcome.
Which AI platforms work with Landslide Printing?
Any AI platform that supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP) over HTTP. Today that includes Claude.ai (Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise plans support custom connectors), Claude Desktop (any plan), and ChatGPT (in their custom-connector rollout). Perplexity and other agent platforms are adding remote MCP support. Custom developer integrations can also call our endpoint directly.
Is my data private?
Yes. Landslide Printing only sees the specific tool calls the AI makes — orders you submit, garments you ask about. Landslide Printing does not see your AI conversation. Your data is scoped to Landslide Printing only via OAuth — a token issued for Landslide Printing cannot be used against any other shop. See https://squeej.ai/privacy for full details.
