What is your minimum order quantity?

Our Minimum order quantity is 12 garments. If you wish to order at least 12 garments but would like them to be different (ie. 5 black and 7 grey please click the get a custom quote button on this page).

How fast is your order turn around?

Once an order is finalized our turn around times are generally 2 weeks or less.

Do you charge for shipping?

We do not charge for shipping and may even deliver your order if you are in Boulder County, CO.

What services does Landslide Printing provide?

Our Print shop specializes in garment decoration and various promotional items. Screen Printing, Embroidery, Laser Engraving are our main services.

Do I pay for my order right now?

If you submit your order using our design tool it will provide you with a price quote and send us your order request. If you don't already have a Landslide Printing account when you submit your order you will automatically recieve an email with a login and a temporary password to access your Landslide Printing Order Dashboard. Our team will review your order and post a final mock up with confirmed pricing to your dashboard within 24 hours of your submission (You will recive an email when it posts). Once you confirm the final mock on the dashboard your order enters the production que and you will have the ability to make payment on your order through the dashboard anytime during production. Generally we request payment is made during production before orders are shipped.

How do I get in touch with you if I need something?

If you need to commuicate anything reguarding your order it is best to do so using the messaging platform on your Landslide Printing Dashboard. There you can send us edit requests for design or garment quantities etc. in a way that is attached to your order so everyone stays on the same page. You will recieve an email every time your order is updated or a communication is sent to you in the dashboard.
